When will it end

Can't beleive i am into 4th week of not feeling good, even though it's more like a cold now and chesty it's doing my head in not being able to get out and do gardening or simple DIY around the house. I have been back at work for the last week but needed to just crawl home and get back into bed.

Hoping next week things will turn around and i can start going out for a walk again

Still not well

Having a head cold i now have a bad chest infection and been signed off another week, i feel so frustrated that i can't not only start exercising i can't do basic stuff around the house and garden, i have been laid up indoors for over a week now and it really is getting to me. What worries me more is if this a sign of things to come as i get older, is it going to take so long to recover the older i get.

So once again i try to turn a new leaf, and i have been laid up on the settee for 4 days with man flu, i give up sometimes, at least it's given me time to work out how to get my blog working again

ITS ALL GONE TO POT ALONG WITH MY BELLY

Oct 2015 - Can not remember the last time i did any walking or exercise, it all started with various injuries and i have never got back into it. I have now reached 20 stone and sort of hoping if i start to blog a bit it might bring the whole thing to the front of my mind again and hopefully get me doing something.
